Hi, I'm Chris. Ok, so I'm not the Coldplay singer, but I can help you on your journey to better fitness.
I am passionate about helping people feel better through fitness. My goal is to get you to love the way you feel about yourself and make it long term. I can help you achieve this in a way that works for you, because everybody is different. |

I believe that a balance of movement indoors and outdoors, nutrition, recovery and sleep are all key to a healthy lifestyle and overall wellbeing.

On a personal level, I also know from experience that exercise and feeling physically stronger can play a successful role in improving mental health. For example with anxiety and self-confidence. I am also proud to be dyslexic and so please forgive any spelling errors I make!
Outside of work I play guitar, listen to indie music and go to many live gigs. I enjoy watching movies, especially Marvel films. I am getting into bouldering and love to travel to different countries when I can.
